Position Overview
The Regional Branch Leader is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, profitability, and reputation of their branch offices. This role combines strategic business management with hands-on leadership, focusing on agent recruiting and retention, sales performance, operational excellence, coaching, and market growth. The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can inspire agents, build high-performing teams, and drive business results while maintaining a strong culture of professionalism and service.

Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Growth

  • Lead branch performance to meet or exceed company goals for market share, production, profitability, and growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including recruiting, retention, gross commission income, company dollar, and essential services performance.
  • Develop and execute branch business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and growth opportunities to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive long-term branch success and profitability.
    Partner with mortgage, insurance, title, relocation, and other affiliated services to achieve company goals.
  • Leverage company technology platforms and business generation tools to drive agent productivity.
Agent Recruiting & Retention
  • Create and maintain a targeted recruiting strategy focused on attracting experienced and productive agents.
  • Foster an engaging office culture that promotes agent success and retention.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and retention planning.
  • Support onboarding and development programs for new agents.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, inspire, and develop branch staff and sales associates.
  • Promote accountability, collaboration, and high-performance standards throughout the office.
  • Deliver training, educational programs, and coaching to enhance agent productivity and professional growth.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Build future leadership capacity by identifying and developing emerging talent.
Customer Experience & Operations
  • Ensure exceptional service standards for clients, agents, and internal partners.
  • Resolve complex business, brokerage, and customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and professional ethics standards.
  • Manage branch operations, facilities, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective business performance.
Qualifications
  • Real estate license and brokerage leadership eligibility preferred (or ability to obtain where required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field; or equivalent leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, real estate, or a related service industry.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, coaching, team development, and business growth.
  • Strong financial and operational management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and lead through change.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and business productivity tools.
